Not at home with the stock components. Get ahold of the people that do the Snorton conversion. They figured out either some way to change the stocker, or found somewhere to get a different control module.
The timing and related junk works off of what's known as a "crank pickup." This is a little sensor inside the motor that sends a signal through the CDI box and other voodoo-esque ignition components and tells the plug to fire. Good luck! This is something *I'm* not even willing to try. Very expensive to repair if you screw it up.
